I have always loved The Sims & have been playing since the very beginning.
I didn't actually find out about mods or cc until after I started playing The Sims 3!
In early 2019, I finally made the switch to The Sims 4. I think the main reason I put it off for so long was because I loved the open world in The Sims 3 so much... but after seeing all the amazing cc created for The Sims 4, I decided to try it out.
I loved it, but couldn't always find the cc I wanted.
& That's where our journey began...
I missed the customisation feature that was in The Sims 3... So I eventually learnt how to recolour with helpful tutorials & tips on YouTube & Sims4Studio forum. I shared pictures of them on tumblr, and it wasn't long before people were asking if I could share, so I did just that! I've always loved luxury fashion/bags,. I would look up meshes similar in shape to what I'd want in game, and retexure them.
It wasn't long before I wanted to take it even further - what if we could actually make our own cc?
I'd always go on about it to my other half, so after pestering him for a bit (LOL) he decided to teach himself how to mesh.
It wasn't an easy journey by any means. Plenty of ups and down... 'colourful' language was often thrown around during the process.
