Providing a false or inaccurate EA Account, in which we use for verification purposes only, will result in the non-receipt of a response.
We simply cannot respond to everyone who has not met this simple requirement.

Response Time-frame

Whilst we always aim to reply as soon as possible, we do work full-time outside of creating for The Sims. Our response times may vary, depending on real life work/commitments, & the volume of submissions we receive. We kindly ask that you do not submit multiple submissions over short period of time - as this will only delay our response times.

We do not, under any circumstances, require any personal or private information. 

We appreciate your patience and understanding.
