• DO NOT include our own meshes in your downloads without permission.
You may provide a link to our page where everyone can download directly if you wish to use our CC in your builds/rooms/downloads. Credits are appreciated :)

• DO NOT re-upload/redistribute any of our work to other sites for download without permission - NO PAY SITES - DO NOT PROFIT OFF OUR WORK.
• DO NOT claim as your own, modify our meshes in any way or convert to other games.
CONVERSIONS OF ANY KIND OF OUR MESHES/MODELS WILL RESULT IN A LEGAL DMCA TAKEDOWN NOTICE, WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING.
• DO NOT extract & include our meshes in your blender scenes/rooms FOR DOWNLOAD
However, you may use our meshes in your own personal blender pictures/renders.
OUR CC RECOLOURS

• YOU MAY include our cc recolours (from other creators meshes/maxis) in your downloads IF the original mesh creator allows it & credits are given.
*This does NOT include recolours of our OWN meshes.

Can I recolour your meshes?
- Of course! We started out by doing recolours of other creators CC. As long as you don’t include our mesh (You can provide a link for them to download directly/from our site) then that’s fine & we welcome & encourage recolours :)
Can I convert your meshes to another game / sims1/2/3?
- Generally, no.
If you really wish to convert our own meshes to another Sims game, then you may contact us first & we will consider it.

Can I use your textures?
- Unless you have permission, no.
Can I Edit/Change/Alter your Mesh?
- Unless we have given you permission to do so, no.
Can I use your meshes in Blender?
- You may use our meshes for your own personal blender renders/pictures, but DO NOT include our meshes in your blender scenes/rooms FOR DOWNLOAD.
